SOUTHBURY — Frances Elfrieda Wolf, 81, of Southbury, the beloved wife of 60 years to Otto Michael Wolf, entered into rest peacefully on Monday, August 30, 2021, surrounded by her loving family.

She was born on October 1, 1939, in Bronx, N.Y., loving daughter of the late Franz and Barbara Elter Reisinger. Frances was an entrepreneur, owning several successful businesses over the years. She enjoyed Schierachtaler (German dance) and was a Girl Scout leader for many years.

Most of all, Frances loved to spend time with her family and many friends. She enjoyed her time in the kitchen with her grandchildren and preparing family meals. She enjoyed traveling on many island vacations with her friends. She will be sadly missed by all but, will remain forever in our hearts.

Her loving family, in addition to her beloved husband Otto, includes her daughter, Carolyn Kenworthy and her husband, Wesley; her two sons, Michael Wolf and his wife, Virginia, and Christopher Wolf and his fiancée, Christine; her brother, Kenneth Reisinger and his wife, Nancy; her two nieces, Kristine March and Kimberly Demeo, and her seven cherished grandchildren, Wesley, Justin, Alexander, Haley, Gabriella, James and Griffin.

All services are private and will be held at the convenience of the family.
