BETHLEHEM-WOODBURY — Online registration opened Friday, January 15, for children in Bethlehem and Woodbury who will be attending kindergarten for the 2021-22 school year.

All children who will be 5 years old during the 2021 calendar year are eligible for kindergarten.

In addition to completed registration, parents and caregivers will need to provide the student’s birth certificate or valid passport, three proofs of residency, mortgage or lease agreement or notarized affidavit of residency, utility bill, driver’s license or pay stub or bank statement, the student’s current health form/immunizations, and custodial papers if applicable.

Children will need a physical examination within one year of the first day of school, and all required immunizations must be documented before starting kindergarten.
