MONROE LIONS CLUB APPRECIATION

Former Monroe Lions Club President Bob Bohm was recently recognized for 60 years of membership and service with a tribute breakfast. Joining the Lions Club in 1959, Mr. Bohm served not only as president but also on many committees that brought funds to organizations like the EMS, Masuk Scholarship Fund, Food Bank and Parks and Recreation Department. He has been a delegate to the International Lions Conventions.

In recognition of six decades of service, Mr. Bohm recieved a personal letter of appreciation from Gudren Bjort Yngvadotter, president of the International Association of Lions Clubs and a member of the Gardabaer Iceland Lions Club. Mr. Bohm is shown here receiving the letter.
