SOUTHBURY — The Audubon Center will host Let’s Go Birding Together in honor of LGBTQ Pride Month from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, June 15 at 185 East Flat Hill Rd.

Last year the Audubon Center in Greenwich held the state’s first Let’s Go Birding Together walk. This year, all Audubon Connecticut centers are inviting community members to join this inclusive outdoor experience.

The walks are for anyone who loves birds, likes birds, is vaguely interested in birds or just wants something fun and different to do in the outdoors. The society welcomes all those who identify as LGBTQ, allies, families and anyone who wants to enjoy a community-building experience.

Binoculars will be available to borrow. Free Bent of the River water bottles will be given to all participants.

All ages are welcome.

Preregistration is requested and at-will donations will be accepted.

Those interested may contact Kate Pratt at kpratt@audubon.org or 203-405-9113.
