Oxford: New Chiropractic Office Marks Grand Opening

OXFORD — Oxford Chiropractic Health celebrated its grand opening recently with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. 

Dr. Brandon Cyr, Sr., accompanied by David Labriola, R-131, and First Selectman George Temple, celebrated the town’s first chiropractric office.

Dr. Cyr, his wife, Anne, and two children, Lucas and Brandon, Jr., have spent the past year and half renovating 306 Riggs St., which was an old school house in the 1900s, into a chiropractic office.

Dr. Cyr earned his undergraduate degree from Southern Connecticut State University with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science and human performance. He earned his doctorate degree in chiropractic at the University of Bridgeport.

Oxford Chiropractic Health is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday and Wednesday, noon to 6 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday and 8 to 11 a.m. Friday.

Oxford Chiropractic Health does not accept insurance, but the goal is to render the highest quality chiropractic care at the lowest possible fee.

Veterans or those currently serving may bring in photos of themselves in uniform to be posted on the service wall, and will be given a free adjustment.
