SOUTHBURY — The Savings Bank of Danbury Foundation has announced that applications are available for Southbury non-profit agencies to apply for grants. Applications due by Thursday, September 30.

Applications for the grants are available at the bank’s website at

The Savings Bank of Danbury Foundation is administered by a committee of Savings Bank of Danbury Corporators, directors and bank officers.

The foundation has awarded more than $2.2 million to local non-profit organizations making a positive difference in communities since 2004.

The grants help support agencies in the areas of Affordable Housing, Arts and Culture, Community Service and Economic Development, Education and Health andHuman Service.
