ROXBURY — The Minor Memorial Library will present STARLAB, a pop-up planetarium, on Saturday, June 29, at Town Hall, 29 North St. The event is part of the summer reading program, A Universe of Stories. STARLAB is the Springfield Museum’s portable planetarium, inspiring children to engage in a better understanding of the world around them. The constellations and our solar system will come alive in this unforgettable dome.

There will be two presentations at 11:30 a.m. and 12:20 p.m. with a maximum capacity of 25 people each.

A Universe of Stories is sponsored by the Connecticut Community Foundation and will introduce children and their families to the exciting field of space exploration.

The space-themed fun will continue at 4 p.m. Monday, July 1 with a special screening of “The Jetsons Movie” at the library, 23 South St.
