WASHINGTON — The Gunn Historical Museum plans “Readings From the Archives of the Gunn Historical Museum” at 6:30 p.m. Monday, January 25, on Zoom. Museum Curator Stephen Bartkus will share the paper, The Three Leavitt Houses and the Leavitt Store by Mary Mitchell Turner in 1921, along with related vintage photographs from the museum’s collection. The Leavitts were an old-time Washington family and this paper discusses their life and activities in Washington during the 18th and 19th centuries.
Registration is required to attend this free virtual program. The Zoom link will be sent to the provided email address.
