SOUTHBURY — The Southbury Public Library Youth Services Department offers a craft session with Miss Katie to make an autumn scene at 4:30 p.m. Thursday, September 29, in the Storytime Room at the library, 100 Poverty Rd.

The program young people in grades two to five. Registration is required for the event.

The library will partnered with the Southbury Garden Club for a children’s fall Scarecrow Door Hanging Craft at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, October 15, in the Kingsley Room.

The program is for ages 10 to 18. Registration is required for the event. 

Youth Services department is offering a craft session for children in grades 2 to 5 at 4:30 p.m. Thursday, October 20, called the Recycled Book Witch Craft with Miss Katie.

Participants will make a Halloween-themed craft using recycled book pages.

The event will take place in the Storytime Room. Registration is required for the activity.
