“A Studio Moment” by Edward Spaulding DeVoe is an oil on linen that will appear in the 2020 Faculty Exhibition taking place February 15 to March 1 in the Washington Art Association and Gallery, 4 Bryan Memorial Plaza, Washington. The exhibit features creations from class teachers and workshop instructors including Mary Adams, Souby Boski, Ira Barkoff, Tim Bergstrom, Marc Chabot, Pam Church, Patty Keville Fogle, Robert Lenz, Kathy L’Hommidieu, Glenn Kessler, Joanne Magadan, Jack Rosenberg, Karen Simmons and Linda West.

For more than 65 years, WAA has been soliciting talented working artists and educators to serve as faculty members in its studio classes. There will be an opening reception from 4 to 7 p.m. Saturday, February 15, with live music from vocalist Carolyn Wallace, local guitarist Marc Wager, stand-up bass player Frank Brocklehurst, and percussionist Jarrod Cattey. There will also be a raffle for a free class.
