In back yards throughout cold weather areas in the United States and Canada, a winter tradition is - if one has the time, patience and land - constructing and maintaining your own home hockey and skating rink. Watertown is no different, as a rink made by the parents of Avery, Henry and Elise Kelo, is WAITING FOR A SKATE DATE -  complete with lights and a Snoopy Zamboni to keep the ice clean and ready for action.
