WATERBURY — Naugatuck Valley Community College will host a financial aid event at 1 p.m. Sunday, October 6, in the technology hall on the Waterbury campus, 750 Chase Pkwy.

NVCC will help students and parents fill out the free application for Federal Student Aid.

College Goal Sunday is a free, on-site program featuring financial aid professionals and community-based service providers who assist students and their families with completing the FAFSA.

No registration is required.

Students must obtain their FSA ID prior to the workshop.

Students must bring the following information: a 2018 federal tax return for the parent and/or the student; 2018 W2’s for the parent and/or the student; green card, if an eligible non-citizen; child support received in 2018; and workmen’s compensation amount in 2018.
