MEMORIAL BRIDGE DEDICATED

Members of local VFWs and American Legions gathered with area veterans on Sunday, July 26, along the Steele Brook Greenway in Oakville to dedicate the Korean War Memorial Bridge. State Rep. Joe Polletta, R-68, and Interim Town Manager John Gavallas were on hand as Korean War veterans officially dedicated the new bridge with a ceremony and wreath placement. Those attending are pictured at the new foot bridge for pedestrians.
