GIRL SCOUTS HELP CANCER PATIENTS

Girl Scouts in Junior Troop 64005 in Watertown made almost 100 treat bags for patients recently at the Harold Leever Cancer Center. The girls filled the bags with snack items to help patients get through their treatment appointments that last for several hours. Scouts that worked on this community service project included (front, from left) Mia Melendez, Riley McDonnell, Kayla Barker and Caitlyn Grabel; and (back) Lexi Osborne, Alexandra Zombar, Amelia Phelan and Madison Sanford.
