More than 200 people attended the Water-Oak Crimestoppers 25th annual Pasta Dinner fundraiser on Thursday, April 28 at the Grand Oak Villa in Oakville to honor Cpl. David McDonnell of the Watertown Police Department, who was awarded the Ronald M. Blanchard Crimestopper of the Year plaque by the Crimestoppers Board of Directors. Cpl. McDonnell, a 25 year member of the Watertown Police Department, is also a police liaison to the Water-Oak Crimestoppers. Shown (from left), are WOAC Liaison Det.
