THOMASTON — According to police, Danielle Dimichelle, 39, Atwood Heights, Thomaston was arrested on Saturday, September 14 for breach of peace in the second degree.

She was released on a $1,500 nonsurety bond. Her court date was Friday, September 27. 

THOMASTON — According to police, Sierra Sumpf, 38, Baum Drive, Thomaston was arrested on Tuesday, September 17 for disorderly conduct and reckless endangerment in the second degree. 

She was released on a $1,500 surety bond. Her court date was Wednesday, September 18. 

THOMASTON — According to police, Gary Sink, 69, Watertown Road, Thomaston was arrested on Friday, September 20 for disorderly conduct and risk of injury to a minor.

He was released on a $2,500 nonsurety bond. His court date was Friday, October 4. 

THOMASTON — According to police, Austin Lamedica, 29, Eastwood Road, Torrington was arrested on Saturday, September 21 for violation of probation.

He was detained for court. His court date was Monday, September 23. 

THOMASTON — According to police, Isaiah Garcia, 19, Cottage Street, Bristol was arrested on Sunday, September 22 for speeding over 60 mph. 

He was released on a promise to appear. His court date was Tuesday, October 1. 

THOMASTON — According to police, William McQueeney Jr., 32, Hard Hill Road, Woodbury was arrested on Monday, September 23 for operation of a motor vehicle under suspension, failure to drive upon right and distracted driving. 

He was released on a promise to appear. His court date was Monday, October 7. 

THOMASTON — According to police, Ryan Joyce, 32, County Road, Sheffield, Mass. was arrested on two accounts of failute to appear in the second degree. 

He was released on two different surety bonds; $500 and $5,000. His court date for the $5,000 bond was Wednesday, October 9 and the $500 bond was Thursday, October 10. 

THOMASTON — According to police, Shane Given, 34, Leesville Road, Moodus was arrested for second-degree criminal mischief, third-degree burglary and third-degree larceny.

He was detained for court. He was served an arrest warrant at his court date on Thursday, September 26.

WATERTOWN — According to police, Lauren Carlo, 31, 37 Eustis St., Oakville, was arrested at 8:15 p.m. Monday, October 14 for interfering with an officer and second-degree breach of the peace.

She was released on a $1,000 non-surety bond. Her court date is set for Tuesday, October 22.

WATERTOWN — According to police, Mackenzie Elise Elder-Lestorti, 28, 22 Herold St., Bristol, was arrested at 3 a.m. Friday, October 11 for operating a motor vehicle at too slow of a speed, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, use of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis greater than half an ounce.

She was detained for court. Her court date was Friday, October 11.

WATERTOWN — According to police, David Valerio, 31, 54 Linwood St., Waterbury, was arrested at 3 a.m. Friday, October 11 for use of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis greater than half an ounce.

He was detained for court.

WATERTOWN — According to police, Jay Thomas Jannaccio, 51, 101 Madeline Ave., Waterbury, was arrested at 5:15 p.m. Wednesday, October 9 for fifth-degree larceny.

He was released on a $500 non-surety bond. His court date is set for Tuesday, October 22.

WATERTOWN — According to police, Kevin Smith, 42, 91 Draher St., Waterbury, was arraigned in court at 10:45 a.m. Tuesday, October 8 for operating an unregistered motor vehicle, falsifying vehicle information, illegal operation of a motor vehicle without insurance, evading responsibility for an accident and four counts of criminal violation of a restraining order.

WATERTOWN — According to police, Christopher Ethier, 36, 102 Charles St., Watertown, was arrested at 8:15 p.m. Monday, October 7 for second-degree breach of the peace.

He was released on a promise to appear. 

His court date was Tuesday, October 15.
