WATERTOWN — According to police, Edward Argenta, 60, 46 Hilltop Rd., Oakville, was arrested at 4:30 p.m. Sunday, December 8 for risk of injury to a child, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

He was released on a $2,500 non-surety bond. His court date was Monday, December 9.

WATERTOWN — According to police, Joseph F. Facer, 37, 18 Teresa Dr., Wolcott, was arrested at 3:18 p.m. Saturday, December 7 for sixth-degree larceny.

He was detained for court. His court date was Monday, December 9.

WATERTOWN — According to police, Lindsay F. Mackler, 35, 18 Teresa Dr., Wolcott, was arrested at 3:18 p.m. Saturday, December 7 for conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.

She was released on a promise to appear. Her court date is set for Tuesday, December 17.

THOMASTON — According to police, Vianey Henriquez, 25, Station Place, Norfolk, was issued an infraction on Monday, December 2 for operating a motor vehicle without a license and failure to grant right of way. 

His court date is Friday, December 13.

THOMASTON — According to police, Perry Malone, 63, Wheeler Street, Waterbury, was arrested on Friday, December 6 for violation of protection order, violation of criminal protective order and harassment in the second degree. 

He was detained for court on a $100,000 cash/surety bond. His court date was Friday, December 6.

THOMASTON — According to police, Alexander Zonas, 62, Fountainhead Road, Plymouth, was arrested on Saturday, December 7 for failure to have rear lights and operating a motor vehicle under suspension.

He was released on a promise to appear. His court date is Friday, December 20.

THOMASTON — According to police, Clinton Damboise, 67, Main Street, Plymouth, was arrested on Saturday, December 7 for driving under the influence, traveling too fast for conditions and following too close. 

He was released on a $500 non-surety bond. His court date is Friday, December 20.
