WATERTOWN — Police report that they arrested Patrick M. McDonald, 31, 123 Dalton St., Oakville, at 1:45 a.m. March 28 for illegally carrying firearm while under the influence of drugs/alcohol, risk of injury to a child, breach of peace in the 2nd degree, and reckless endangerment in the 1st degree. 

He was released on a $50,000 surety bond. His court date was March 29.

WATERTOWN — Police report that they arrested Joseph Rubano, 30, 37 Benham St., Waterbury, at 9 p.m. March 27 for criminal mischief in the 4th degree, breach of peace in the 2nd degree and threatening in the 2nd degree.

He was released on a $1,500 10% cash bond. His court date is May 11.

WATERTOWN — Police report that they arrested Justin Kristopher Hogan, 41, 42 Paxton St., Oakville, at 1:42 p.m. March 27 for breach of peace in the 2nd degree. 

He was released on a $5,000 non-surety bond. His court date was March 29.

WATERTOWN — Police report that they arrested Jovanny Gonzalez, 1027 S. Main St., Waterbury, at 11:45 p.m. March 26 for failure to renew registration, improper use of a marker/lic/registration, failure to obey a stop sign.

He was released on a promise to appear.

WATERTOWN — Police report that they arrested Darlene Flores, 64, 40 Whitewood Rd., Waterbury, at 11:48 p.m. March 25 for illegal operation of a motor vehicle without minimum insurance. 

She was released on a promise to appear.

WATERTOWN — Police report that they arrested Alex Anthony Ramos, 48, 24 Wolcott Hill Rd., Wethersfield, at 3:40 p.m. March 25 for use of drug paraphernalia except <1/2 oz.

He was released on a promise to appear. His court date is May 27.

WATERTOWN — Police report that they arrested Vanessa Alejandra Reyes, 23, 173 Father Zeiser Pl., Bronx, N.Y. at 1 p.m. March 24 for failure to appear in the 1st degree.

She was released on a $75,000 surety bond. Her court date is May 24.
