THOMASTON — Police report that Milan Glover, 29, Summit Street, Waterbury was charged with evading responsibility, operation under suspension, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, following too closely resulting in a motor vehicle accident on Saturday, July 27; and was placed on a $2,500 bond and scheduled court date for Friday, August 9. 

THOMASTON — Police report that Joyce Reid, 83, Reynolds Bridge Road, Thomaston was cited with an infraction for failure of driver making left turn to grant right of way to oncoming traffic on Saturday, July 27.  

THOMASTON — Police report that Kristi Fortier, 43, View Drive, Thomaston was cited with an infraction for traveling unreasonably fast on Saturday, July 27. 

THOMASTON — Police report that Markev Nordby, 19, Fairview Street, Waterbury was charged with larceny in the first degree, reckless endangerment in the first degree, risk of injury to a minor, reckless driving, operating a vehicle without a driver’s license, improper lane change, failure to wear seat belt, failure to secure minor passenger 8-16 years old on Monday, July 29. Mr. Nordby was held on a $50,000 bond and scheduled to appear in court on the same date. 

THOMASTON — Police report that James Piel, 38, Walnut Hill Road, Thomaston was charged with two counts of strangulation in the second degree and two counts of disorderly conduct on Thursday, August 1. Mr. Piel was held on a $100,000 bond and scheduled to appear in court on the same date. 

THOMASTON — Police report that Danielle McClendon, 19, Neill Drive, Watertown was cited with an infraction for speeding on Thursday, August 1. 

WATERTOWN — According to police, Brittany Young, 31, was arrested at 10:15 p.m. Friday, August 2 for disorderly conduct. She was released on a $1,000 surety bond. Her court date was Monday, August 5.

WATERTOWN — According to police, Jamie Ward, 38, 54 Sunset Ave., Oakville was arrested at 10:02 p.m. Friday, August 2 for disorderly conduct. He was released on a promise to appear. His court date was Monday, August 5.

WATERTOWN — According to police, Jonathan Smith, 58, 6 Ann Ave., Oakville was arrested at 9:20 p.m. Friday, August 2 for evading responsibility for an accident, illegal operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence and failure to drive in the right lane. He was released on a $500 surety bond.

WATERTOWN — According to police, Jennifer Bennett-Gleacher, 41, 38 Lakeview Rd., Terryville was arrested at 9:30 p.m. Thursday, August 1 for four counts of second-degree failure to appear. She was detained for court. Her court date was Friday, August 2.

WATERTOWN — According to police, Derek Ramdin, 38, 21 Rosette St., Oakville was arrested at 11:25 a.m. Thursday, August 1 for four counts of first-degree failure to appear and two counts of second-degree failure to appear. He was detained for court. His court date was Thursday, August 1.

WATERTOWN — According to police, Reichard Alvarez, 29, 61 Hill St., Waterbury was arrested at 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 31 for sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy. He was detained at court.

WATERTOWN — According to police, Armond Jolley, 40, 249 Thomaston Ave., Waterbury was arrested at 9:55 p.m. Tuesday, July 30 for use of drug paraphernalia, possession of cannabis greater than half an ounce, fifth-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit third-degree robbery, interference with an officer, second-degree breach of the peace, failure to respond to a payable violation and violation of probation. He was detained for court. His court date was Wednesday, July 31.

WATERTOWN — According to police, Daniel Soto, 43, 66 Neil Dr., Watertown was arrested at 3:25 a.m. Tuesday, July 30 for second-degree failure to appear. He was detained for court. His court date was Tuesday, July 30.

WATERTOWN — According to police, Oliver James Murphy, 30, 10 Linden Rd., Woodbury was arrested at 8:20 p.m. Monday, July 29 for second-degree failure to appear. He was released on a $1,000 surety bond. His court date was Tuesday, August 6.

WATERTOWN — According to police Kevin Clark, 30, 4 Chestnut, Watertown was arrested at 5:40 p.m. Monday, July 29 for disorderly conduct. He was released on a $5,000 surety bond. His court date was Tuesday, July 30.
