WATERTOWN — According to police, Thomas Hedges, 52, 162 Greenwood St. Watertown, was arrested at 9:30 p.m. Saturday, August 24 for illegal operation of a motor vehicle while under the influence, failure to drive in the right lane and illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle. He was released on a $500 non-surety bond. His court date will be Thursday, September 5.

WATERTOWN — According to police, Cuong H. Vo, 42, 29 Maple Ave., Waterbury, was arrested at 6:38 p.m. Saturday, August 24 for interfering with an officer and second-degree breach of the peace. He was released on a promise to appear. His court date will be Tuesday, September 3.

WATERTOWN — According to police, Jeffrey Stovall, 22, 45B Sky Hollow Ct., Oakville, was arrested at 3:45 a.m. Thursday, August 22 for disorderly conduct, two counts of third-degree assault and second-degree breach of the peace. 

He was detained for court. His court date was Thursday, August 22.

WATERTOWN — According to police, Kaylee Vidic, 23, 135 Woodglen Dr., Waterbury, was arrested at 10 a.m. Wednesday, August 21 for second-degree breach of the peace and second-degree failure to appear.

WATERTOWN — According to police, Timothy John Fac, 31, 86 Westbury Park Rd., Watertown, was arrested at 11:45 p.m. Monday, August 19 for third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. 

He was released on a $1,000 surety bond. His court date was Tuesday, August 20.

WATERTOWN — According to police, Daniel William Cashman, 88, 80 Oldham Ave., Waterbury, was arrested at 5:30 p.m. Monday, August 19 for second-degree breach of the peace and first-degree threatening. 

He was released on a $5,000 non-surety bond. His court date was Tuesday, August 20.

THOMASTON — According to police, Maritza Nieves, 26, Wolcott Street, Bristol was arrested on Monday, August 12 for operation of a motor vehicle while under suspension and having a defective brake lamp.

She was released on a promise to appear. Her court date was Monday, August 26.

THOMASTON — According to police, Eugene Simpson, 43, Elm Street, Thomaston was arrested on Tuesday, August 20 for strangulation in the second degree, unlawful restraint in the first degree, threatening in the second degree, assault in the third degree and disorderly conduct.

He was detained for court. His court date was Tuesday, August 20. A bond was set at $150,000.

THOMASTON — According to police, Tylar Knox, 22, Benton Road, Morris was arrested on Tuesday, August 20 for risk of injury to a minor, reckless endangerment in the first degree and possession of drug paraphernalia.

He was detained for court. His court date was Wednesday, August 21. A bond was set at $10,000.

THOMASTON — According to police, Jessicaleigh Tanner, 23, Benton Road, Morris was arrested on Tuesday, August 20 for risk of injury to a minor, reckless endangerment in the first degree and possession of drug paraphernalia.

She was detained for court. Her court date was Wednesday, August 21.

THOMASTON — According to police, Matthew Mulligan, 27, Sanford Avenue, Thomaston was arrested on Thursday, August 22 for improper use of registration plates, operation of an unregistered motor vehicle with no insurance and defective tail lamps.

He was released on a promise to appear. His court date will be Tuesday, September 3.
