WATERBURY — Registration for winter classes at Naugatuck Valley Community College is ongoing through December 15.

NVCC Online Winter Intersession classes run from December 16 through January 15, 2021.

Classes are available in anthropology, art, biology, business, communications, computers, English, history, nutrition, political science, psychology, sociology and Spanish.

Winter intersession, the time between the end of fall and beginning of spring semesters, is a great time to get ahead for the next semester, make up a class that didn’t end as hoped, or pursue an area of interest at huge savings compared to 4-year institutions.

Taking an online winter class at NVCC may allow a student to transfer credits back  to a home college and save money.
