DANBURY — Western Connecticut State University’s Election Connection, coverage of the November 2020 vote in Connecticut for presidential, congressional and state legislative contests, is offered from 8 p.m. to midnight Tuesday, November 3, by a live stream on YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram platforms.

The election night program also will air live on simulcast at WXCI-FM (91.7) and stream live on the WCSU website at www.wcsu.edu/live.

Executive producer JC Barone, WCSU professor of Communication and Media Arts, will guide an all-student WCSU student production team led by news director Audrey Nielsen of Higganum, assistant executive producer Samantha Saalborn of New Fairfield and assistant news director Jack Dutt of Danbury.

Emily Rovillo of East Hampton and Jacob Schultz of Danbury will be anchors for the program with Sequoia Lowe of Brookfield analyzing key election races and Anna Adebambo of Danbury heading production of social media coverage.

The election night program and a post-election live-stream program from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, November 17, will be produced at the state-of-the-art 4K television studio on the university’s Midtown campus in Danbury.
