Watertown Stands BLM Event Slated for June 27

WATERTOWN — Watertown Stands, a socially distanced LGBTQ+ for Black Lives Matter event, is scheduled for noon Saturday, June 27, on the Watertown Green, 15 Deforest St. The event will include speeches, a raffle and silent auction starting at 2 p.m. and a march on the sidewalk in support and solidarity for Black Lives Matter starting around 3:30 p.m.

Proceeds from the raffle and silent auction will be donated to the Audre Lorde Project, an LGBTQ+ People of Color community organizing center in the New York City area, www.alp.org.
