Watertown Lions Offer Shredding Event

WATERTOWN — With the increase of identity theft nationwide, the Watertown Lions Club, LaBonne’s Market and Iron Mountain will offer local residents the opportunity to shred personal documents containing Social Security numbers, credit card info, medical records and financial papers.

These papers will be shred on site. No files with metal hangers, binders, clips, or spiral ring note books will be accepted.

The service will be hosted from 9 to 11:45 a.m. Saturday, September 11 at LaBonne’s Market, 639 Straits Tnpk.

A minimum donation of $10 will be appreciated to support the Watertown Food Bank. All checks must be made to Watertown Food Bank
