LITCHFIELD — The Litchfield Historical Society is hosting Scarecrows in the Meadow, a walk through the Tapping Reeve Meadow from dusk until dawn until Saturday, October 31.

Families, businesses, and organizations are invited to participate and show their community spirit by decorating a scarecrow to display in the Tapping Reeve Meadow. 

Participants are encouraged to let their creativity shine. Framing materials will be provided.
