Those interested in joining the Market or becoming a sponsor for one or more theme days may contact farmersmarket@watertownct.org for an application. There is a vendor fee to set up the vendor’s tent, table, displays and products.
Sponsors will have their logo or business name on press releases and their business will be featured at the information tent during their sponsored theme day.
Businesses are also encouraged (as a local business – no need to become a sponsor) to send any promotional materials they have to be included at the tent during the Market season.
The market is a Certified Market that is part of the Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program through the State of Connecticut Department of Agriculture, ensuring that all produce is Connecticut grown and 90% of what each farmer is selling is grown by them.
The Market also accepts the coupons for the Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program (FMNP).
