In Honor of Coach Raymond Snyder, Jr.: Sacred Heart to Host Dedication Ceremony

WATERBURY — Sacred Heart High School former swim team members and their families will host a dedication ceremony of the new record board in honor of Coach Raymond Snyder, Jr.’s, many years of dedication and coaching at 6 p.m. Friday, October 11 at the Kennedy High School pool, 422 Highland Ave. All former and current swim team members of both the boys’ and girls’ teams are invited to attend this event. The dedication will take place prior to the scheduled Sacred Heart Swim meet.

It was a tradition of Coach Snyder’s to stop over at Spartan Restaurant after each meet. To uphold the tradition, all alumni, friends, and those in attendance at the meet are invited to stop by Spartan Restaurant at 970 Chase Pkwy., to honor Coach Snyder’s memory.
