BETHLEHEM — The Connecticut Landmarks’ Bellamy-Ferriday House and Garden will welcome those who want to make wreaths for their homes using fresh greenery during instructor-led wreath-making workshops from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, November 26, and from 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday, November 27, at 9 Main St. North.
Staff will lead participants through a step-by-step process in an activity that is a good holiday kick-off and tradition at the house.
Those who attend are asked to bring their own clippers to enjoy a hands-on, fragrant crafting experience.
Private sessions are available for groups of 10 or more; inquire for pricing and availability.
The Bellamy-Ferriday House and Garden is open for tours by advance reservation from May through October.
Connecticut Landmarks uses historic properties to inspire an understanding of our complex past.
Founded in 1936 as the Antiquarian & Landmarks Society, the state-wide network of 12 significant historic properties spans four centuries of New England history and offers real-life stories, as told through our collections.
