VNA Health at Home Receives Patient Satisfaction Award

WATERBURY — VNA Health at Home, an affiliate of Waterbury HEALTH, has been awarded the Patient Satisfaction 2019 Award of Distinction by Fazzi’s Patient Satisfaction Service of the Home Health Care Consumer Survey Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems. The award puts VNA Health at home in the top 25 percent of home health agencies in the country for patient satisfaction and the only area agency to receive this award.

The Award of Distinction goes to home care agencies that have demonstrated superior performance in overall patient satisfaction results for 2018.

“We are proud to be the only VNA in our area to receive this award, which is a reflection of the of the quality of care we provide in our network,” said Peter Adamo, CEO, Waterbury HEALTH. 

“This is a great testament to the care we provide and the great work we are doing in the community,” said Jennifer Gallo, VNA administrator.
