LITCHFIELD — The Women’s Forum of Litchfield will host Jennifer Grant, MSW, LCSW, director of Wellness Center Programs at the Connecticut Junior Republic, to speak on Mental Health in Connecticut.

The program is at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, January 6, at the Litchfield Community Center, 421 Bantam Rd. Masks are encouraged.

The event will be open to non-forum members with a $10 fee at the door, which includes a high tea reception.

Ms. Grant, a graduate of Fordham University, plans to highlight how the past two years of the pandemic has impacted every aspect of life, including mental health. She will take a look at the impact the pandemic has had on individuals’ mental health and on the overall system. The lecture will look focus on how to take back control of mental health.
