WATERTOWN — The Watertown Library will host Naturopathic Physican Dr. Weronika Lewkowicz, N.D., who will present “Boosting Your Immune System through Naturopathic Medicine” from 6 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, November 29.

The program will be held at the Watertown Library located at 470 Main St.

The discussion will describe what a cold versus the flu is, lifestyle tips on boosting the immune system, and some basic herbs or remedies for immune support and colds.

Dr. Lewkowicz received a bachelor’s degree in biology from Eastern Connecticut State University. She graduated summa cum laude with a degree in naturopathic medicine from the University of Bridgeport School of Naturopathic Medicine. In addition she was awarded a Certificate of Excellence in clinical medicine.
