THOMASTON — All Else Has Failed, a hard rock and metal band from Thomaston, released their debut album “Pray For My Downfall” on March 6. Among the nine tracks on the album are singles “Let Me Go” and “Struck Ablaze,” which have received airplay on both internet and terrestrial radio. The album was recorded between August 2019 and January 2020.
All Else Has Failed was founded in January 2019 by Mike Duggan, lead guitarist; Nathan Hulton, drummer and singer; and Adriano Moura, bassist.
The three played together in the band, Obscure Visions, prior to forming All Else Has Failed. Rhythm guitarist Steve Scougall joined the group in April 2019.
All four musicians are college students as well as residents of Thomaston. Thomaston resident Victoria Bottass is featured as a guest vocalist on the song “Negative Light.”
The new album, which is available on all major streaming services such as Spotify, Pandora and Apple Music, can also be accessed on YouTube.

Depending on the duration of social distancing recomendations, they are scheduled to kick off the spring concert season performing with three other metal bands on Saturday, May 9 at the Cellar on Treadwell, 295 Treadwell St., Building H, in Hamden.
